چکیده

هر کشوری به منظور تامین منافع ملی به دنبال بالاترین درجه ی امنیت برای خود است.تاثیر تغییر استراتژی هژمون برتر در منطقه ی خاورمیانه و تغییر قوعد و زمین بازی مسئله ای مهم و تاثیر گذار بر محیط امنیتی – سیاسی ایران خواهد بود.بنظرمی رسد با تحلیل و تبیین وضعیت موجود در سطح سیستم بایستی قواعد و زمین بازی تغییر یافته و نگاه کلاسیک و اجرای قدرت سخت در منطقه جای خود را به موازنه سازی و کنترل از راه دور منافع بدهد. این استراتژی نیز موجد فرصت ها و چالشهایی برای ایران در منطقه نفوذ خود بوده و خواهد بود. در این پژوهش از روش کیفی – تفسیری ، با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی استفاده شده است. واگذاری منطقه خاورمیانه به متحدین منطقه و نظارت کیفی بر ان و اولویت دادن به مبارزه با برنامه هسته ای ایران مهمترین استراتژی دولت بایدن در منطقه است. در مورد تاثیر این سیاستها بر شرایط محیطی ایران در منطقه نیز ، این راهبرد می تواند موجب فرصتها ( ازادی عمل بیشتر و باز گذاشتن دست ایران در محور تحت نفوذ با توجه به تغییرات کمی) و چالشهایی از جمله ( انزوای بیشتر ایران با توجه به متحدشدن کشورهای عرب منطقه با اسرائیل ( برنامه ی صلح ابراهیم)در منطقه ی نفوذ خواهد بود، که یافته های پژوهش فوق را شکل می دهند. هدف از پژوهش فوق بررسی تاثیر سیاست های دولت بایدن در خاورمیانه بر امنیت منطقه ای ایران به عنوان یک بازیگر بالقوه منطقه ای است.

In order to secure national interests, every country seeks the highest degree of security for itself. The effect of changing the strategy of the superior hegemon in the Middle East region and changing the rules and playing field will be an important and influential issue on the security-political environment of Iran. Analyzing and explaining the existing situation at the system level, the rules and the playing field should be changed and the classic view and implementation of hard power in the region should be replaced by balancing and remote control of interests. This strategy has created opportunities and challenges for Iran in its area of influence and will continue to do so. In this research, a qualitative-interpretive method was used, with a descriptive-analytical approach. Handing over the Middle East region to the region's allies and qualitatively monitoring it and prioritizing the fight against Iran's nuclear program is the most important strategy of the Biden administration in the region. Regarding the impact of these policies on Iran's environmental conditions in the region, this strategy can lead to opportunities (more freedom of action and leaving Iran's hands free in the axis under influence due to quantitative changes) and challenges such as (more isolation of Iran due to unification The Arab countries of the region with Israel (Ibrahim Peace Program) will be in the area of influence, which form the findings of the above research. The purpose of the above research is to investigate the impact of the Biden government's policies in the Middle East on the regional security of Iran as a potential actor. It is regional.
