The scientific quarterly of comparative research in law and Social Sciences affiliated to the Specialized Cultural publications of Hamar Jahid(affiliated to the Tanin Navin Institute of Justice Jahid and the subordinate Institute with registration number 43106 and national ID 14006583746) is published according to the license number 83166 (changes in the initial license) of the deputy press and information affairs of the Ministry of culture and Islamic Guidance. This bi-periodical tries to expand interdisciplinary research activities in the field of law and Social Sciences, in view of the mission it has defined for itself. The publication has defined its mission in collaboration with international editorial members beyond the boundaries of geopolitical it hopes to make a small scientific contribution to advancing scientific goals by expanding scientific studies in the field of law and Social Sciences.

The journal accepts scientific-research articles in the following specialized axes with a comparative and interdisciplinary approach:

Comparative rights

Comparative studies of legal systems (Iran, Islam, kamenla, Roman-German and...)

Comparative analysis of legal entities (contracts, civil liability, criminal law, Family, International Trade and so on)...)

International and Comparative Law (Human Rights, environmental rights, diplomatic rights, etc...)

Social Sciences

Legal sociology: examining the impact of social factors on judicial laws and systems

Public policy: comparative analysis of social policies in different countries

Social Psychology: the role of collective attitudes and behaviors in legal developments

Economics and law: the interaction of economic systems with laws (competition law, intellectual property and...)

Interdisciplinary studies

Law and technology: legal challenges of artificial intelligence, privacy in cyberspace

Human rights and sociology: adapting human rights standards to local cultures

Ethics, religion and law: the interaction of moral and religious values with legal systems

Criminology and criminal law: a comparative analysis of crime patterns and social reactions

Important considerations:

Articles should have a comparative approach (comparative between countries, systems, or time periods).

Purely theoretical studies without comparative analysis are usually not accepted.

Only translations (without localized analysis) are not accepted.
